Firstly, thanks for being an awesome gift-giver!

Our purchase cycle cutoff is the 10th of each month. If you placed your gift purchase between the 1st and 10th, your recipient will receive their first package that same month. If the gift was purchased after the 10th, the gift will arrive the following month.

We send an email to the recipient on the 11th of the month letting them know that we're preparing a gift package for them and when to expect it. We understand that life can get busy and plans can change, so we want to give them a heads up in case they need to delay the shipment due to any upcoming vacations or other commitments.

Please let your gift recipient know to check their junk/spam mail folder as some of our emails end up there the first time around.

Once the package is in transit, we'll notify the purchaser by email with the tracking information. We encourage you to forward this email to your gift recipient so they are aware of their pending delivery. It's important to note that since we are shipping alcohol, a signature and proof of age are required for delivery. Forwarding the tracking information will greatly assist them in coordinating their schedule to ensure they are available for their delivery.
