Bladebinge shipping conflict resolution requires a 60 day investigation and/or claim filing period. During this time, no refunds or credits will be given on insured orders lost or damaged during shipment. If a claim is resolved before the 60 day investigation and claim filing period ends, then reimbursements will be settled within 5 days after the claim resolution date. In some cases, sellers will be held liable for lost items and a partial chargeback will be posted to the sellers linked bank account. Please note that Bladebinge will not reimburse any losses or damages from buyer paid or seller paid shipments that are sent without insurance.

If you believe a shipment to be lost in transit, or your seller has not shipped an order please immediately notify your seller/buyer via messages, and contact us at shipsupport@bladebinge.com or via chat within 3 days of any suspicious tracking updates, or date of order placed. We'll take it from there!
