Most often, this error occurs when one of our bots refuses to respond to a request, and we are unable to see that the bot rejected. Usually, the best solution is to wait for 10 minutes and try again.
It may depend on the type of skin as some are more popular than others. Be patient as it may take several days. We are doing our best.
