How to Contact OfferToro

If you have not received coins for a completed OfferToro task and 48 hours have already passed, you will need to send them a request directly from your account.

How to contact OfferToro from the website:

  1. Click "My "Credits link;

  2. Use "Missing credits?" link to send them a request.

Make sure you enter your correct email address, as they may contact you for details or a reply.

How to contact OfferToro from the Android app:


If you can't find these links in your account, please email them directly at support@offertoro.com.

Make sure to include the following information in your email:

  1. Your id in the OfferToro system (if you're using a web version). You can find it if you go to section OfferToro and open the section My Coins;

  2. The name of the offer that you have completed;

  3. Be sure to attach screenshots to prove you completed the offer.
