When you select and click on the offerwall name, you get redirected to their app, which we have integrated into our system. This means that everything that happens after you clicked the offerwall name is the responsibility of that offerwall's team. We have no way of influencing this as it is no longer our product.
There are two main problems that you might encounter: an endless loading of the offerwall or an error window.
If you get an error page as soon as you click on the offerwall, it means that the offerwall is not available at the moment. It could be due to a technical glitch on their end, or they're doing technical work and updating the product. In both cases, the solution is the same: give them time to get back up and launch this partner later.
However, you can also try one more thing:
Check your personal DNS server settings of your device. You can do this in the "Network and Internet" ("optional") -> "Personal DNS-server" settings.
If you have a personal DNS-server enabled, disable it and check the working of the Offerwall.
Offerwalls on their side also keep a close eye on the quality of execution of their offers: that the terms of the offer are fulfilled, that there are no rule violations or other ways of fraudulently obtaining rewards. An endless download could mean that your account is either still being checked by the offerwall team or has been blocked for breaking the rules.
Unfortunately, they don't pass this kind of information on to us, so we can't tell you exactly what happened. You can try to open this offerwall later to see if you can continue working with it.
