If you've completed an offer from ayeTstudios but never received coins within 48 hours after completion, you need to contact them. In order to do so, simply follow the steps below:
Open the offerwall;
Click the icon in the upper left corner to open a menu;
Pick the Reward Status section;
Navigate to the Pending offers
You should also check the Rejected tab. It might happen that your offer has been rejected. In that case you cannot send them a request to reconsider their decision.Tap on the offer you've completed but haven't received a reward for;
At the bottom of the offer you'll see an option to contact their Support team
Make sure to provide them with as many details as possible. Screenshots confirming the completion would help as well.Now you need to wait for their response. It might take them up to 14 days to process your request. Keep that in mind.
