Why the Offer Got Rejected

We've been able to gather some information on why the offerwall can reject a completed offer.

Note: only the offerwall can decide to accept or reject the offer you've completed. We at GC cannot accept and issue coins for the offer.

Here's what might have caused the offer to be rejected by the offerwall:

  • You've downloaded the app not from a button from the offerwall;

  • You've downloaded the app not from the AppStore or Google Play;

  • Intermittent/loss of internet connection;

  • You had engaged with the app and played it before but stopped mid offer, then try completing it again after a month or so;

  • You had this game before in your device way back, which you could no longer recall. (App offers must be the first- time install and works for New users only);

  • You have skipped a step by mistake, or the offer has not been completed entirely within the given time frame;

  • You had ad-blocking software enabled and/or Limit ad tracking has been reset or turned off/on while you're in the middle of completing the offer;

  • You used a third-party app such as a mobile emulator to complete this offer;

  • You've connected from a public connection, or you were connected to a VPN or proxy services;

  • Someone in your household also engages with offers and has already completed the app offers;

  • You've had multiple clicks on the offer before you've accepted it. That may be consider by the offerwall as though you're not a NEW user for that offer. We strongly recommend to take the offer once you've opened it;

  • The app has been installed by going straight to the App store and not via our link or installed from another source's link initially.

If the offerwall has rejected the offer – there's nothing that we can do, unfortunately. We can only recommend you get acquainted with that list and make sure you complete all offers as per instructions in the future.
