Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered slightly early, or leave them in a safe spot without letting you know.
What to check first
Have a look around these common delivery spots:
With a neighbour
Porches, side doors, or garages
Building concierge or mailroom
Your mailbox or parcel locker
Behind gates or other secure areas
Give it 24 hours
Packages are occasionally marked as delivered before they actually arrive. If the status just changed, it's worth waiting a day to see if it turns up.
Still not arrived 24 hours after the delivery time?
Get in touch with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier — this includes checking delivery photos, GPS data, and following up with the driver who delivered it to help locate where he delivered it.
