MagSafe compatibility depends on which case you have:
iPhone cases
Impact Pro: Full MagSafe — integrated magnets for perfect alignment with MagSafe chargers and accessories
Impact and Impact Air: Support wireless charging but don't have MagSafe magnets, so alignment with MagSafe accessories isn't guaranteed
Samsung cases
Our Samsung cases (Impact model) do not include MagSafe. Samsung cases come with black edges only. They support wireless charging if your phone does.
Having MagSafe issues with your Impact Pro?
Make sure you're using genuine MagSafe or MagSafe-certified accessories — generic magnetic accessories may not align properly. If the magnets feel weak or have come loose, this is a manufacturing defect covered under our 12-month warranty. Get in touch with a photo and your order number and we'll sort a replacement.
