In the Onboarding and the Financial Investment Plan articles we explained all of the steps that you need to follow in order to onboard yourself at the company where you like to become a customer.

After this process is completed the company at which you are onboarding yourself will convert the status of your registration from "prospect" into "client". After they made this change, then you will be able to login to your digital environment, which we refer to as the "Client File".

Note: Blanco offers this environment as a separate module to its customers, so in case the company at which you are onboarding yourself is not utilising this module, then you will not be able to login.

You can either enter into your personal environment by navigating to prospect link that you have used during the onboarding and by logging in with your account details, or you can directly access the portal via the following link:

You will be asked to login with your username and password:

The username is the same one that you created when you started your onboarding journey. You could as well use your email address as username, both are accepted.

After you click on "Login" you need to enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) code. This could be either an SMS or a code from an Authenticator app, it depends on what you have setup under your settings:

Once you have entered your MFA code, please click on "Verify". If successful, you will enter into your personal environment as you can see below.

Below an explanation of the different functionalities that it offers:

1/  Dashboard

2/ Document center: Here you will find all of the documents which you have uploaded during your onboarding process, contracts which have been signed and any other document that has been uploaded to your account by the company at which you are a client.

3/ Notifications: In case you receive a message from your relationship manager, then you will get a notification about this which you can view here

4/ Languages: You can switch the language, should you like to

5/ User settings: You can change your settings, like password to login, or select whether you would like to use an Authenticator app instead of SMS to login to your environment.

6/ Investment portfolio details: In case you are a client of an asset manager and this asset manager is also using the Blanco Portfolio Management System, then you will be able to view the details of your investment portfolio here, like value, positions, performance, transactions and more.

7/ Know Your Customer: If you had to fill in the KYC Questionnaire during your onboarding process, then you will be able to find your answers and investment

In case you would need to redo your annual KYC questionnaire, then you will also find the "to be completed" questionnaire here.

8/ Survey: The company at which you are a client might ask you to complete a survey.

9/ Contact us: In case you would like to reach out to your asset manager/relationship manager/sales person then you can do this by clicking on the "Contact us" button.

10/ Parties details: By clicking on the eye icon you will be able to view all of the data that was collected during the onboarding process. In case you have done a business registration or a joint account registration then you would see all of the details of all parties in this section, including the legal entity for a business onboarding.
