Manually Reset Survey

Our survey results are stored in the browser cache. If you fill in surveys for your clients it can happen that the cache will carry over to the next time you open a survey. We are currently working to improve how we handle surveys, so that you will not face this issue in the future. However, in the meantime, you can use the solution proposed on this page to 'reset' the survey.

These instructions assume you are using the Google Chrome browser.

Setting up the Reset Button

Step 1: Enable your bookmarks toolbar

The bookmarks toolbar is a place for you to quickly access bookmarks in your browser. If you already have this bookmarks bar enabled, you can skip this step.

If you do not have it enabled, you can press 'Ctrl + Shift + B' to activate the toolbar.

On a mac you can press 'Shift + command + B'

There will now be a toolbar on the top of your browser, underneath the address bar.

Step 2: Add the button to your bookmarks toolbar

Open the following page and follow the instructions: Link

You will now have a new button in the bookmark toolbar.

Using the Reset Button

When you enter a new survey that is already filled in, you can click on the 'Reset Survey' button in the bookmarks toolbar. This button will reset the page for you.

We hope this temporary solution made it easier to use the KYC Suite. Please let us know if you have any further questions or feedback.
