A co-signer is a person who signs documents along with your clients on behalf of your organisation. In this article we will explain how co-signers can be added and removed in the settings of our KYC-suite.

First off, go to "Products" under settings:

Under "Products" go to "Signature requests" and scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page. Here you can click on "Add Co-signer", an empty row will be added to the list of co-signers. Under "Name" a user can be selected.

After the user has been selected, their e-mail and phone number will be auto-filled. You can now select which authentication method* you wish for them to use. If you want them to be a default co-signer, tick the box all the way to the left. Click "Save" to save the changes you've made.

*itsme, iDEAL, iDIN, Scribble and/or SMS. It is possible to select multiple methods. Do keep in mind that when you select multiple methods, the signer will also have to sign using all selected methods.

Note ๐Ÿ’ฌ : co-signers can also be removed by clicking the bin-icon all the way to the right.
