Our KYC-suite provides the possibility to export documents for you to either save for your own administration, or to send to your client for signing.

To export a document in the Onboarding module, click the "export" button on the top right of the screen, you will then be able to select the type of file you wish to export:

  • PDF - export documents such as survey results, financial investment plan etc. This is available in the languages that are used in your environment.

  • CSV - export a CSV-type file of the full KYC-report or Survey Results.

  • Documents - Export all documents that are currently saved in this registration.

  • Document gallery - Export a document made in the document configurator*

*This feature provides the possibility to generate standard documents which include custom fields such as the clients details. If you want to know more about this, or if you are interested in using this feature, please contact our support team.

When choosing PDF export, a pop-up will appear where you are able to select which documents you wish to export. The documents you are able to export are:

  • General information

  • Copy ID documents

  • Screening certificate

  • Other documents

  • Contracts

  • Survey results

  • Mitek information

In this export-view, we work with different "types". These "types" are pre-selected sets of documents. When exporting documents first select which type you wish to export:
