How do the user points work?

User points are set up in the template builder on each task. The default is 1, but you can make it any number you'd like, including 0 if no points should be earned.

Employees earn these points automatically when these tasks are performed on-time. For example, if a checklist that has 10 tasks on it should be done between 10 am-11 am, and the employee performs 8 tasks before 11 am, they will receive 8 points. Users get points only for lists that were scheduled, points from lists started from the +Start button not adding to the user profile.

User points are different than the list total score - the user will get points for the work that is done, doesn't matter will that task is passed or failed.

All user points can be tracked on our leaderboards, which can be seen on the web portal dashboard, or on mobile.

You can view points on the Leaderboard and see who is the top earner in each location, or view which location is earning the most as a team.
