Assigning checklists makes it easy for every user to know what they are responsible for when they are on shift. Only manager-level users can assign checklists to other users.
If there is no avatar in the top right corner of the card, like in the example below, this list has not yet been assigned or started.
Slide the card to the left to view options.
Select the blue “Assign To” button.
Select the user from your team to assign.
