Edit List Summary After Submission

Want to add more thoughts to your Audit Report, here's how!

Introduction

When performing a List, you hope to capture all the action items and comments throughout the process, but if you miss something, no problem! You can add final thoughts and more details to your summary from the web after you submit the list.

After you submit the list

Log into the Blanket web portal. Go to the Reports, and List Reports. From here, you can use the filters to select a Location, a List Name, or a Date range to search for the completed list.

Once you have your filters set, click on the "Completed Audits" tab to view a table of results for your search. You should see your completed list in this table.

Click on the List to open the full report. Locate the Summary section, and find the pencil icon to the right of the field.

Clicking on this will allow you to edit the summary and add any further thoughts to the report. You'll notice the icon turns into a checkmark. You must click the checkmark to save.
