In addition to the Settings Tab within the checklist builder, there are more optional advanced options available that we will explain here.
Complete in Order
Turning this on will force the user to perform each task in order. All future tasks will be greyed out until the task their on is performed. This is good when you want to make sure steps or tasks are done in a certain order.
Submit Before Completed
This allows a list to be submitted even if not all answers are entered. When this is turned on, the "SUBMIT" button at the bottom of the checklist will appear in orange.
Blocked Until Completed
When this is checked, ONLY this list will appear on the Store feed for the assigned positions until it is completed. Then it will "unlock" the other lists for that day. This is great for Health Check templates, or immediate action required lists that arise.
If multiple lists have this setting, they will appear together on the feed, but block other lists until they are all performed.
