Introduction

If users in your organization have personalized company emails, sign in with SSO.

These users do not need an invite and do not need to be added by admins or managers.

They simply download the app, and sign in with SSO!

How to Use SSO

Download the Blanket Pro app from the app store or google play. Be sure you’re logged into your company email on your mobile device.

On the login screen, select “Sign in with SSO” and follow the prompts. You will input your name (Please use full first and last name), select an avatar or upload a selfie, and select your primary position.

Then users will be prompted to scan a QR code for their location. If you do not have the QR code available, you can select one location manually from a list.

Once a location is selected, you're in! You'll be taken to your location's Store Feed.

Where can I find the QR for a location?

QR codes are visible by any manager-level position or higher from a location's store feed. At the top of the feed, you'll find a QR code icon. Click to view the location's QR code and have any user scan it to be assigned to your site.

Troubleshooting

What happens if I select the wrong location by accident?

No problem! Click on the MORE tab on Mobile and select "Move Sites." The QR Code scanner will open, and ask any manager nearby (in the correct location) to pull up the QR code from their location's feed and scan.

SSO Still isn't working

When all else fails, have a User with User Management permissions (generally any manager) invite you the system "the old fashioned way"

  1. Manager logs into Blanket web

  2. Navigate to MY TEAM page

  3. Click blue "+New User" button in the top right corner.

  4. Enter information, invite by email, enter email address. Click "Invite"

  5. Now the user can log into the app with their email, using the "Log In with Email option" No need to look for the invite in your inbox, just log right in!
