Introduction

Lists can be used for daily checklists, or as leadership audits. All lists are performed on the mobile app. You cannot (currently) perform lists on the web.

Lists are scheduled and assigned to show up on a store feed. Only the positions assigned to that template will be able to view that list on the feed and be able to perform it. So Cashiers won't see BOH lists if they are not assigned to them.

Store Feed

Store feeds are your digital “to-do” list.

All lists, action items, and open issues will appear in the feed as a colored card. Items that are assigned to you will appear in the top section, and action plans and issues not assigned to you will appear in the "Assigned to my team."

Green Box = Ready to start
Orange Box = Overdue within 1 hour
Red Box = Overdue by 1 hour +
White Box = Not time to start yet

An avatar in the corner of each card will let you know if a checklist has been started. No avatar means the list has not been started.

Perform a List

Tap on the desired List card to begin. From here, if you have permission to assign, you can assign this list to an individual, or you can select start list. See it in Action

Once you open the list, you'll see the header at the top which will help you navigate the name, score & completion count of tasks, as well as an easy-to-use Table of Contents that will allow you to jump from section to section.

As you scroll through the list, you'll see all the tasks you need to complete. Below is the anatomy of a task.

Once a task is performed, you'll notice two distinct changes to the task; the blue plus button and the time stamp.

Actions Comments & Photo

You'll notice that every task has optional action buttons at the bottom; Action, Comment, & Photo.

Actions can be used when a task requires more time or additional follow-up work to complete. These are best used when a task needs to be delegated to your in-store team. Read More about Actions here.

Any action items created inside a List will become a new List on the feed once this list is submitted. Instant punch list. If you set a due date, the action plan will disappear after the date; completed or not. Remember: Do not set a due date or this action plan will be gone from your feed on both the webpage and mobile app.

Comments are remarks. Add as many as you need; they require no follow up action. Just a place for notes.

Pictures speak a thousand words. Add photos to document the work and collect visual evidence to share with your team. Add as many as needed. This photo action is removed when the task requires a photo as it's answer type to avoid confusion for the user.

Submitting a List

Once all tasks are completed, the grey Submit button at the bottom of the list will turn blue letting you know the list is ready to be submitted!

If you think you've done all the tasks, but the Submit button is not blue, use the "hide completed tasks" icon in the top right of the header. This will hide any completed tasks, showing you which tasks you may have missed. It's a great tool when task lists are long.

Sometimes the Submit button is orange. This happens only when a template has the "submit before complete" setting turned on. This means that even if you do not answer all the tasks, you'll still be able to submit the list; with incomplete tasks.
