Introduction

Blanket Reporting makes it easy to understand data from all of your locations in one place. Use the filters to view exactly the information you want to see, and then set up automated reports to send that info right to your inbox.

When you select the ‘Reports’ tab at the bottom left-hand corner, then ‘Audit Reports’. This is where you can see all collected data from your combined audits.

Summary

This is the summary homepage of ‘List Reports’

This is the most useful way to see all of your data - including all of your dates, templates, and locations.

All of your important audit data combined into one area!

Now we can review what Rank by Location, Top Failed Items and Pencil Whipped. On top of percentage scores, Blanket breaks it down a bit further with organized lists and visual graphs.

Saved Reports

If there’s a specific report you’d like to keep an eye on, you can save that report and set up automated emails. Customize the frequency and recipient, and you’ll be good to go!

You can also access these saved reports under the “Saved View” tab within reports. “My Reports” will show you the reports you have created, while “Organization” will show you all reports that your team has created that you have access to.

Scheduled Lists

This report will show you incompleted vs completed audits that were scheduled, sorted by location. You can adjust the filter sets to look at a specific template or all scheduled templates. You can also filter by date range, location, or group.

Completed Audit Log

This is where you will access all historical data of audits that have been completed. You can see these reported as a summary, or click on the audit for the full detail.

Responses Tab

Within the Responses table, you’ll be able to see those completed audits set up as a comparison by the answer.
