The best way to reach us for a quick resolution is to utilize our Support Chat, which is available on Mobile and Web. Questions can be asked 24/7, and our team is available to respond Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm EST.

We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as we can. Sometimes, tickets involve development work, which can extend the timeline of a resolution. We will communicate with you as much as we can until the issue can be resolved.

On Web

Look for the blue chat bubble in the low-right corner of the screen. Click to open and connect with someone from our team.

On Mobile

Tap on the MORE page, and see Support in the menu. Tap top open.
