Archive can be used on both the webpage and the mobile application, with the "archive" permission turned on. You can archive templates, lists, action plans, or issues.

Currently, once you archive an item, you cannot get it back without Blanket support.

Archiving is useful for decluttering your store feed on the mobile app. Maybe you started a list by accident, or there is a duplicate.

On your store feed, swipe the List card to the left where you will see two options. The red button will allow you to archive the audit.

You can also archive a list while you're performing it. In the top right corner. click on the three dots, you will be able to archive the entire audit as well.

To Archive Lists; simply drill down into a location, and archive them from their feed. See the video below on how to.

To Archive Actions, click on the three dots on the far right side of the Actions table. Then you will have the option to archive the action.
