How to Set up custom task categories, automatic alerts, rules, and tasks.

Creating custom task categories can be done from the settings page, or from the Issues Table on web.

Within those custom categories, you can set up automatic notifications so that the right people on the team know about what's being reported right away.

If you want to notify someone on your team who WILL have access to the Blanket app, you can follow this set up:

  1. Add their position

  2. Add the user

  3. Set up custom categories

If you want to notify someone on your team who WILL NOT have access to the Blanket app, you can still send them notifications about new Issue reports with this set up:
