Introduction

Notifications can be set up for Scheduled Lists, Action Plans, and Issues. Notifications can be enabled for Push, SMS, or email - each type can be set separately.

By default, if a user has notifications allowed on their mobile settings, they will start receiving Push notifications for Lists, Actions, and Issues.

Manage Your Notifications

On your mobile device, open Blanket app, tap on "More" page, scroll this page to the bottom. From here you will be able to manage notification that Blanket sends to you.

The Scheduled List "due soon reminder" will send a notification 30 min before the list is due if it is a daily list. When a list is open for multiple days (starts on Monday, due Friday for example) the due soon reminder will launch 24 hours before its due time.

Please note: Push notifications will only work if the device you are using allows notifications for Blanket within the device settings. This can be done by going to settings → notifications → Blanket app → toggle allow notifications.



Setting up notifications for your team on web portal:


Log into https://web.blanket.app/home and select ‘“my team” on the left-hand side of your screen, then “users”.

From here you will be able to see all users attached to your site. Search for a user you want to manage notification settings, and click on their name. From here you will see their account page. Now can select which type of notifications you want that user to receive.
