Blanket Rewards allows you to reward your team with coins, recognition badges which they can exchange for prize rewards. Here's how it works;

Gold Coins are earned independently from list points. They are given to employees through the Blanket app by users with Reward permissions (usually managers or leadership). They can be earned for exemplary work, going above and beyond, or any other good reason to reward a team member.

Gold Coins and User Points have zero correlation. Every location is budgeted a certain number of gold coins per month that become available to give out to the team. This amount is determined by the organization's leaders and set up in the system by the Blanket team.

Recognition Badges are worth a customizable bundle of gold coins. Like girl scout badges, Blanket badges can be earned for a particular behavior like Great Customer Review, or Above & Beyond Behavior. Blanket offers pre-programed badges as well as custom badges to suite your culture and team. Just talk to your Customer Service Rep to set up!

Badges are also budgeted to each location and the amount is determined by the organization's leaders and set up in the system by the Blanket team. They are given to employees through the Blanket app by user with Reward permissions.

Once an employee has earned enough coins and badges, they have the opportunity to exchange their Blanket currency for Rewards!

From their MORE tab, they tap into the Rewards store. At the top right of their screen, they can see how many total coins they have, and depending on the price of each item, they can choose one to redeem. Once a user claims a reward, the total value is removed from their profile in exchange for the tangible reward given out by leadership.

When they redeem a prize, an email notification is sent to leadership so that it can be fulfilled. In a future version of this feature, all of this will be automatic. for now, Rewards are chosen by the Organization and built into the system by the Blanket team.

From the Web Portal, you can view which users have redeemed what, and keep track of fulfillment.
