Introduction
Blanket's new Brand Library is your place to host documents, photos, and videos that are specific to your team. Control access and decide which positions can see which files so that the right information is available to the right people.
Web Brand Library
Upload and manage your content from the web portal. Build folders to organize the information, and manage access by position.
To create a new folder, use the " +Folder " blue button in the top right.
A manager with view access to a folder can perform various actions, including renaming files, moving them to a different folder, deleting them, and adjusting the visibility settings for the folder and its nested files. Additionally, the manager can modify the list of users and locations who have access to the folder.
To upload a new file, simply drag and drop or click "Add File."
On each file, manage who has view access, edit the name of the file, move it into a folder, or Delete it.
Mobile Brand Library
Find the Brand Library under the MORE tab on the mobile app. Mobile is View Only; so your team can view your documents easily when they need them.
Docs, Photos, & Videos will open right in the app's file viewer.
