Quick Actions are a default group of labels that can be printed "on the fly." These label types come with every system set up, and can not be customized (at this time). The Quick Actions category will always be the first category available on the Label app.

This label is great for marking deliveries as they come in. Got 100 boxes of different type of items? Use Received now to mark today's date and time so you know when this shipment arrived.

This label is for items that are hot held or held at room temperature. There is space on the label to handwrite more information about the item and it's temperature, but the USE BY date will always calculate 4 hours from the time of print.

This quick action will be available for those "on the fly" labels that you might need, but don't already have in the system. You'll be to select from different line items so you choose what is displayed on the label. This is a one-time use action item, so once you print the quantity you need, it's done.
