Printer Calibration

Network Reset

A Network Reset clears any saved Wi-Fi credentials from the printer allowing it to establish a fresh connection to your existing network, or connect your printer to an entirely different Wi-Fi network. Note: that this will not erase any Bluetooth connections. If you need to reset Bluetooth connections, or Factory Reset your printer, please see Zebra Printer Reset | Factory Reset.

1. Turn OFF the printer.

2. Press and hold PAUSE + CANCEL. While holding down these buttons, turn the printer ON. Once the lights on the printer turn on you can release the POWER button only.

3. Hold down PAUSE + CANCEL until the status indicator is green. The network light on the far right should turn red at the end of this process. If the light is still green, repeat the reset for a second time as that means the printer is still connected to Wi-Fi.

Factory Reset

A Factory Reset returns the printer to its default factory settings. This does not affect wireless network settings.

1. Turn OFF the printer

2. Press and hold PAUSE + FEED. While holding down these buttons, turn the printer ON. Once the lights on the printer turn on you can release the POWER button only.

3. Hold PAUSE + FEED until the status indicator is solid green.

a. 3-4 blank labels will feed out of the printer if the Factory Reset is done properly.
