Thanks for stopping by to read the latest updates! We've got another big project in the works around Tasks, Action Plans, and how they work together, but for now, read about what's new, what's different, and what's been fixed.

What's new:
Bulk Actions are "sticky" within the List Template Builder. This will improve the user experience when working at the bottom of a very long list. No more scrolling up and down!
Ad Hoc Submissions are now marked with their own icon so you can easily see how it was performed. This should help clear up any confusion around questions like, "Why is my completion a 0% but there is a completed list?" You'll also see this icon on the Responses Table tab next to the location name.
Now view partially completed lists in the Response table of List Reports.
Temperature answer type now offers the option to mandate a bluetooth thermometer reading.
What's changed:
"Failed Items" has been rebranded to "Areas of Opportunity" on the completed Report, on List Reports, and in the Email report. "Critical Failed Items" remains the same.
What's been fixed (IYKYK):
The broken link to completed report within an SMS Notification is fixed.
Log Out bug in Shared Device Mode is fixed
Task descriptions not displaying properly on Android devices is fixed
Adding Video to Announcements bug is fixed
Answer type Number, Formula, Temperature, & Range Scale conditional logic bug is fixed

What's coming soon:
New workflow when you want to create a new Task on mobile. We're getting rid of the paginated view, and moving to a full screen.
Action Plan Tasks will go away, and be replaced by the new Task workflow. You'll still be able to create them from inside an audit, they will just have more functionality now.
Think of Tasks as a singular to-do item, and an Action Plan is just a collection of Tasks.
With this new framework, you'll be able to add existing Tasks to any Action Plan. You'll be able to create Action Plans on the web portal, and each task within an action plan can have it's own assignee, due date, priority, and require certain approval to close.
New "requires approval" process will now be available on all Tasks, within and outside of an action plan.
