Understanding Scheduled List Report Discrepancies

It is very common to have a discrepancy from your scheduled list email or application reports. There is a simple way to check the case here:

Step 1: Log in the web app and go to "List Reports"

Step 2: Select "Completed Audits"

Step 3: Any list with the calendar icon next to it means it was NOT performed as a scheduled list, it was performed as an AD Hoc list.
