Your membership includes a certain number of credits depending on which plan you selected. You can use those credits towards personal coaching sessions with your coach.

The credits included in your plan can be used anytime, for any type of coaching session. As long as you remain a member those credits will not expire and will rollover from year to year!

When signing up for an annual plan the average cost per credit is ~$8. Members can also chose to purchase additional credits a-la-carte style and those are $10/credit. So, when upgrading your annual plan you will save 20% on your credits.
