How do my customers message me?

A walkthrough of the customer interface explaining how they find the section to message with you in the Blayze app

On web (laptop, phone browsers, desktop, etc.) your customers can message you by clicking on messaging icon in the top nav bar.

On the mobile app they will click on the inbox icon in the top right to get to the messaging screen. If they have an unread message they will see a little β€œ1” or β€œ8” (however many unread messages they have) in that inbox.
