The short answer here is no! That being said, we do recommend trying to look as professional as possible in the videos.
Having just a clean background or if you can’t do that a blurred background is a nice touch. You don’t need any fancy camera or mic - but if you were to invest into anything a good mic adds a lot! We find airpods are a great middle ground to use for this.
