The Blaze Designer is a brand new feature in Blaze that allows you to create, edit, and publish or download beautiful custom-designed images in Blaze.

Switching Templates
You can easily switch templates in the Designer using the Templates tab. Any uploaded photos that you used in the original template will transfer to the new template (when applicable).
Elements
You can add, edit, and delete elements to your designs using the Elements tab. Elements include:
Shapes (circles, squares, rectangles, stars, hearts, badges, etc)
Frames (Shapes with images placed inside of them)
Icons
Vector Graphics
Illustrations
Use the Search bar at the top of the Elements tab to find all the different kinds of elements you can add to your design.
Adding and editing Elements
Click on the element in the sidebar to add it to your design or drag-and-drop it onto the canvas.
Selected elements will have a dotted line around them on the canvas as well as grabber handles on the corners to resize them.
The element options panel will show, giving you several options to edit the element, including:
Color - use colors already in the design or select new ones or gradients.
Border - add a border and change the color, weight, and corner-rounding.
Shadow - add a shadow and change the color, blue level, and distance.
Opacity - change how transparent the element is.
Alignment - align the element vertically, horizontally, to the top, bottom, or sides
Order - change the order of how the element is layered compared to other elements, text or images.
You can also right click on an element in the canvas for quick options to copy, paste, duplicate, delete, or change the layering and alignment.
Images
There are several ways to add images to your designs:
Upload files from your computer
Generate images with AI
Select images from your Brand Kit
Select images from your Media Library
Search and select royalty-free stock images or video
Supported file types are:
JPG
PNG
SVG
WEBP
The image options panel has many of the same features as the elements panel, with the addition of the ability to remove the background from any image.
Text
You can add, edit, and delete text boxes in your designs using the Text tab.
Text options include:
Using AI to write the text for you
Changing the font, size, weight, and alignment
Rich text styles like bold, italic, underline, strikethrough
Change the letter and line spacing
Change the color, border, shadow, and opacity
Change the alignment and layering
Backgrounds
You can add backgrounds to your canvas using the Backgrounds tab.
Selecting a new background will automatically replace the current background.
Layers
The Layers panel is the default screen you see when landing on a design in the Designer. It shows you all the text, images, and elements that are in a design and the current ordering of them.
You can drag-and-drop layers to rearrange them as needed.
Brand Styles
You can create a Brand Style so that Blaze can automatically create designs for you that match your brand.

With the Brand Styles panel open, you can:
Switch between different brand styles
Quickly add your logo to the canvas
Swap the colors of the text, elements, and background between the primary colors of your brand style
Add text boxes to the canvas that are in your preferred font
Access and add media associated with your Brand Kit
Captions
You can review and edit your caption in the Post Caption text bar.
If you are unsatisfied with the caption clicking Regenerate Caption will bring up the option to author one from scratch or use Blaze to help author one for you. Blaze will provide multiple options to review and select.
Publishing
For social networks that Blaze has integrations with (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, Pinterest), you will have the option to schedule or publish to those platforms directly from the Designer via the Publish tab.

Use Post Now to publish immediately
You can use Schedule for Later to set a date and time in the future for your post to automatically publish..
Resize Tool
This tool allows you to change the platform or format of your existing post. It will even allow you to create a copy of your existing post with a new format and platform.
Common use cases for this tool:
You've changed your mind on the platform or format of your existing design.
You're happy with a design and want to create variations of it for different platforms and formats.
The blue bar designates the current platform and post format.
select the platform and post format that you would like. Blaze will prompt you to select if you would like to convert your existing design or make a copy.
Create New File - Original design preserved and new copy is created.
Change This File - Changes existing files design to new platform/format.
