Virtually every element of a preplan/structure supports uploading images, files, or videos (including YouTube and Vimeo links).
After you have created a new entry, for example, a Sprinkler, you can view that individual element (the Sprinkler) and then add photos or files.
From the list view, click on an element to view the details:
Once you are viewing an item, you can see the opportunity to add new photos or files by clicking on (+) link.
You can then "drag and drop" multiple photos onto the area -- or click to get a dialog to upload one photo at a time:
Videos allow actual files -- but it is also easy to add video URLs from YouTube or Vimeo.
Note: Your uploaded photos, etc., will appear alongside the list of elements in the preplan or structure view.
