Some info needs to have more secure access "for your eyes only"

Maybe you do not want all contact info, or knowledge of a high-value element to be available for all Blazemark users in your organization.

Maybe you have some documents that should be visible only to a select group of folks.

As an Org Admin, you have the power to anoint specific individuals with "Secure Access."

Only Org Admins and folks with Secure Access rights can create and view secure notes and secure attachments.

See the Secure Access designation for each user in the Org Admin Manage Users list view:
