When you login to Blazemark, you will be in "Response Mode" -- you will see a simple and intuitive Google-like search field.

Just start typing the name of the preplan, or part of the address (or box map numbers if you use them). Matches will be shown when available in the dropdown list (just like Google).

TIPS:

  • Sometimes it is helpful to type a few characters and pause for half a second before continuing to type.

  • Avoid using common words like your city name.

  • For example: avoid typing "Philadelphia" if you are searching for "Philadelphia Garden Apartments" -- as Philadelphia also appears in most of your street addresses!

When a match is not found and you enter an address, click on "Search" and you will be taken to that location on the map and shown surrounding preplan and/or water supply data if available.

You will then be taken to the map with nearby data showing (if available):

Or simply taken to the map!
