You can easily capture your preplan as a PDF document.
This "portable" document format is easy to share and use by many free tools that are often already available on your devices (or within the browser).
The resultant file is named using the preplan title, and adding a date and timestamp. For example:
Structure Tyler Hall 12-Feb-2022 08_37pm
The date is useful if you need to replace the PDF hardcopy with a more recent version of the preplan, you can check to see if any updates occurred since the PDF was printed.
The PDF also provides a Table of Contents as you might expect, and the pages contain the print date:
