If you need to delete users, you must first DEACTIVATE the user.
Deactivate
Here is how:
Choose Manage Users from the Admin Menu
Click on the user you wish to deactivate
Click the "Deactivate" link
Delete
Deleting a Deactivated user:
Choose Manage Users from the Admin Menu
Click on the user you wish to delete
Click on the "Delete" link
