As a PRO user you get 250 credits every week, and with MAX you get 3000 credits every month. The week/month is based the PRO/MAX purchase date and not on the calendar month. For example, if you buy MAX on 25th of July, and you used 2500 credits in the next couple of weeks, it will refill back to 3000 on 25th August.

Upgrading from PRO to MAX
You can buy a MAX subscription directly, without buying PRO. That is not a problem at all. If you are already PRO, and want to upgrade to MAX, you can do that too from the device you bought your PRO from, or any device that is logged into to the same app store/play store account. Here is how it is different for different devices:
Apple App Store
You pay full price for MAX - monthly or yearly. Once the transaction is done, Apple automatically initiates a pro-rated refund of your PRO plan based on how long you have used it.
For example, if you bought a PRO yearly for 60 $, and after 3 months, is now upgrading to a MAX monthly for 30 $. You will pay 30 $ and your monthly MAX subscription will start, and you will receive a refund of 45 $ (for 9 months).
Google Play Store
On Android, You pay full price for MAX - monthly or yearly. Once the transaction is done, Google extends the MAX plan validity by equivalent amount left over in your PRO.
So for example, if you paid 60$ for your PRO yearly plan, and you are upgrading to MAX by paying 30$. If you are upgrading to MAX on the same day, all of 60 usd is left over. So what happens is that even if you upgrade to MAX monthly with 30 usd, you get MAX for 3 months. The next renewal for 30 usd will only happen in after 90 days.
Our Website
If you are a Web user, or if you paid through our website, you first pay full price for MAX. Once the transaction goes through. Stripe will process a prorated refund of the time left in your PRO plan.

Frequently Asked Questions
If I don't use all of my 250 credits this week, can I use them next week?
No, credits do not roll over. Credits reset to 250 every week for PRO and to 3000 every month for MAX. Unutilized credits will be lost.
I have finished using my credits, when does it reset?
The exact date of reset depends on the date that you purchased PRO/MAX. The date on which your credits will reset will be written on your credits screen under your remaining credits.
