How to cancel PRO subscription

Thank you for using Blend. If you wish to cancel your subscription, follow these simple steps based on whether you subscribed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

Option 1: Canceling Through Our App (Recommended) - Android & iOS

  1. Open our app on your device.

  2. Tap the menu icon (3 horizontal lines) in the top-left corner.

  3. Click on "Settings" in the menu.

  4. Find and tap the "Manage Subscription" button.

  5. This will take you to your device's subscription management page (Play Store for Android or App Store for iOS).

  6. Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.

Note: If "Manage Subscription" does not show up, you are probably not PRO. If you are sure that you are PRO. Try "Restore Purchases" to activate PRO on the device and then try the steps again.

Option 2: For Android Users (Google Play Store)

  1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.

  2. Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner.

  3. Select "Subscriptions" from the menu.

  4. Find our app in the list of your subscriptions.

  5. Tap on our app's subscription.

  6. Select "Cancel subscription" and follow the prompts to confirm.

Option 3: For iOS Users (Apple App Store)

  1. Open the Settings app on your iOS device.

  2. Tap your name at the top of the Settings menu.

  3. Select "Subscriptions."

  4. Find our app in the list of your active subscriptions.

  5. Tap on our app's subscription.

  6. Select "Cancel Subscription" and confirm your choice.

Option 3: For Web Users (Stripe)

  1. Sign in to your account if you are not already signed in.

  2. From the top right corner, click on the profile picture shown as a circle.

  3. Click on Manage Subscription

  4. A new window will show up with the details of your subscription.

  5. Select "Cancel Subscription" and confirm your choice.

Important Notes

  • Canceling your subscription will stop automatic renewal, but you'll still have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • If you don't see our app listed in your subscriptions, make sure you're signed in with the correct Apple ID or Google account or Phone number used for the original purchase.
