Using PRO on App and Web

Here is how to use your PRO account on app or web or even on multiple devices.

Great news! Your PRO account isn't limited to just one device or platform. You can enjoy all your PRO features on your smartphone, tablet, computer, or any other supported device. Here's how to access your PRO account everywhere:

The Key to Multi-Device Access: Your Account Credentials

The most important thing to remember is that your PRO status is tied to your account, not to a specific device. To access your PRO features on any device or platform, simply sign in with the same credentials you used when you first subscribed:

  • Email address, or

  • Phone number (if you used this for registration)

You can use email login, Google account or Apple Id interchangably on different platforms as long as it is using the same email id.

Steps to Access Your PRO Account on another device

On Mobile Devices (iOS and Android)

  1. Download our app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

  2. Open the app.

  3. Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner.

  4. Tap on the "Sign In" button.

  5. Enter the email address or phone number associated with your PRO account on another device.

  6. Enter your password or OTP.

  7. Once signed in, you should have full access to all PRO features.

On Web Browsers

  1. Go to our official website https://blendnow.com.

  2. Click on the "Log In" button, usually located in the top right corner.

  3. Enter your email address or phone number.

  4. Enter your password or OTP

  5. After successful login, you'll have access to your PRO features through the web interface.

Important Note for Apple Users

If you signed up using an Apple ID with the "Hide My Email" feature enabled, you won't be able to use your PRO account across multiple devices or platforms. This is because the hidden email address generated by Apple is specific to our app and can't be used to log in elsewhere.

To use your PRO account across multiple devices:

  1. Go to your Apple ID settings

  2. Disable the "Hide My Email" feature for our app

  3. Update your account in our app with your actual email address

This will allow you to use the same email address to log in on all platforms and devices.

Troubleshooting

If you're having trouble accessing your PRO features on a new device:

  1. Double-check that you're using the correct email address or phone number to sign in.

  2. Ensure your app is updated to the latest version.

  3. Try logging out and logging back in.

  4. If you're an Apple user, check if you're using "Hide My Email" and consider switching to your actual email address.

Security Tip

While it's convenient to access your account from multiple devices, always be cautious when logging in on shared or public devices. Remember to log out when you're done, especially if it's not your personal device.
