1. Create a Business Center account

We always recommend creating a Business Center account for your store so that you can centrally manage all your ad accounts and for enhanced security and collaboration options.

How to create a Business Center account:

  1. Go to the TikTok Business Center page.

  2. Click Create Account.

  3. Follow the prompts to complete your account setup.

2. Initiate the existing ad account transfer

  1. Log into your TikTok Business Center.

  2. Navigate to the Assets section in the top navigation bar.

  3. Click on Advertiser Accounts under the Assets menu.

  4. Click the Add Advertiser Account button.

  5. Select the Transfer option and click Next.

  6. Enter account details: input the Account ID of the advertiser account you wish to transfer. Click Next to proceed.

Tip: You can find the account ID in the top-right-hand corner if you click on the dropdown next to your username:

  7. If you are both the admin and owner of the Ad account, the transfer request will be approved automatically.

  8. If you are not the admin, follow these steps.

3. Important: If you have previously logged into Blend with your individual TikTok account:

  1. Go to the Channels page inside Blend.

  2. Log out of your TikTok account and log in with your new Business Center account instead.

Troubleshooting - if the above options didn't work.

1. Verify eligibility to link ad account

Ensure that this ad account isn't already owned by another Business Center, as each account can only belong to one Business Center. If you're unsure, follow the steps below:
- Log into your TikTok Ads Manager account.
- Navigate to the Account Settings section.
- Look for any indications or labels that specify the account’s association with a Business Center.
- If you’re unsure about the account’s current associations, contact TikTok Support for clarification.

2. Request admin access if required

  1. Log into your TikTok Business Center account.

  2. Click on the Users tab in the left-hand navigation bar.

  3. Select Members from the dropdown.

  4. Check your role - this should be displayed next to your name.

  5. If you’re listed as a Standard member, contact an existing admin within your organization to request a role upgrade to Admin.
