In order to process form submissions from a form on Sumo, you have to use FormSync in Sumo, to post the submission to Blendr.io.

Click here for more info on FormSync.

First, create a Data Blend with at the top an "Inputs" block that has one input of type "Data (API only)". Here's an example of simple Data Blend that accepts incoming data, and sends the data to Slack for testing purposes:

Next, click on the "Start" block of your Data Blend to get its public incoming webhook URL. Take note of the URL and your appid and apikey.

Next, activate FormSync for your form in Sumo, and configure the URL of your Data Blend as POST URL. Make sure to include all fields of your form (e.g. "email", "name" etc.) as well as your appid and apikey from Blendr.io. Example:

This is the example configuration, make sure to replace xxxx everywhere with the correct values :

<form action="https://api.blendr.io/v1/widgets/xxxxx" method="POST" >
    <input name="email" type="text">
    <input name="firstname" type="text">
    <input name="lastname" type="text">
    <input name="appid" value="xxx" type="hidden">
    <input name="apikey" value="xxxx" type="hidden">
</form>

Next, test your form by filling it out and submitting it. Your Data Blend should have been executed, you can verify this by looking at its History.

If you look at the History of the "Inputs" block, you should see the posted data of the the form.
