As a SaaS provider, you will have access to your own Hub.
Please make sure to use the unique URL of your Hub and log in with your admin account. Example URL of a demo Hub for SaaS company "ACME":
Blendr.io supports various scenario's to support your end-customers:
- Self-service model: your end-customers activate their own integrations
- Full-service model: your Customer Success or Support team manages the integrations of your end-customers
- Outsourced model: you refer end-customers to Blendr.io, and the Blendr.io Professional Services team handles the relationship with your end-customer
In the Full-service model, you can access your Hub and manage your end-customers. Make sure to create a new Account for each end-customer.
Access the Account of one end-customer using the "Login to account" icon ("spy" icon).
Inside the Account of your end-customer, add one or more Integrations. Use the "Invite" button in the Setup of an integration, to invite your end-customer to provide access to their cloud applications (e.g. authorizing access in their CRM using oAuth, or providing an API key).
Use the "spy" icon in the top right corner to return to your Admin account.
