After Blidz customer support received your request for order cancellation, depending on the situation of your order, our customer support team will send a detailed instruction on how to proceed.

As soon as our warehouse received the returned item and completed assessment, you’ll receive an email informing about the status of the item, our receive date, refund amount and refund method. The refund will be issued immediately.
