Return window You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. The delivery date is determined by the shipment tracking information. Items must be returned in their original, undamaged, and unused condition. For UK and EU customers, a 14-day statutory withdrawal right applies under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and EU Consumer Rights Directive, in addition to the 30-day return window.
How to return an item To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@blidz.com. Our team will guide you through the process.
Refunds Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days of the merchant confirming receipt and condition of the returned item.
Shipping costs Return shipping is at your cost unless the return is due to an error by Blidz or the merchant. If insufficient postage is applied to your return, the shortfall may be deducted from your refund amount.
Cancellations before delivery If you cancel before delivery, you are not required to accept the shipment. If Blidz cancels your order, a full refund is issued to your original payment method.
Payout Balance Any Payout Balance applied as a discount at checkout is non-refundable once the order has been fulfilled and shipped, even if the item is subsequently returned.

Audio and video recordings
Software
Other intangible goods
