Users have the right to return or cancel an order within 30 calendar days from its delivery. The delivery date will be based on the tracking information of the shipment. A user may return an item for any reason as long as the item is returned in its original, non-damaged, unused and new condition.
A. Returning Purchased Items
If an order for a purchased item is returned within 30 days from delivery, the user will be entitled to a refund of the transaction amount including shipping cost.
Refunds will be issued in Blidz Cash to the user's account. Points used in the purchase of the product are not refundable.
B. Canceling Items Before Delivery
If a user cancels delivery of an item that was purchased before delivery, the user does not have to accept delivery. In the cases where Blidz cancels delivery, a refund of the purchase price will be made to the user in Blidz Cash. Points will not be refunded.
The “return” shipping costs will be paid by the user, unless the reason for the return is an error made by Blidz. Returns will be refunded if and when the item is received by Blidz in its original, non-damaged or unused condition. If additional costs occur for Blidz due to insufficient postage on the return, Blidz will deduct this from the refund amount.
