If a user cancels delivery of an item that was purchased before delivery, the user does not have to accept delivery. In the cases where Blidz cancels delivery, a refund of the purchase price will be made to the user. Points will not be refunded.
Returns will be refunded if and when the item is received by Blidz in its original, non-damaged or unused condition. If additional costs occur for Blidz due to insufficient postage on the return, Blidz will deduct this from the refund amount.
