For failed Team Buys, refund is made immediately after the deal status is confirmed by Blidz system. Users will receive refund in Blidz cash immediately in Blidz account.

In case refund is made for item returned, refund will be issued as soon as our warehouse confirms the status of the returned item. The refund will show up in user accounts within 2-3 working days.
