Refunds are issued to your original payment method. The timeline depends on the reason for the refund:
Expired Team-Up deal β refunded promptly to your original payment method once the expiry is confirmed. Any Payout Balance applied is returned to your Payout Balance at the same time.
Cancelled or returned item β refunded to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days of the merchant confirming receipt and condition of the item.
Blidz-initiated cancellation β refunded to your original payment method promptly.
Any Payout Balance applied as a discount at checkout is non-refundable once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, even if the item is subsequently returned.
